Self Promotion.

The other day I sent out some self-promotion material to a couple of special people!

Each box contained: 1x handmade collage brooch, 1x christmas card, 1x valentine's day card, Moo business cards, 1x business postcards, 1x lino bag, 8x temporary tattoos, and finally, my printed portfolio book (which you can take a look inside here).

I hope the recipients enjoy them!

Spring clean.

As you might have noticed my blog has had a bit of a re-vamp as of late. I thought it was time for a new banner and a bit of tidying.
Getting Html and CSS to do what I wanted was a bit of a pain (technology and I aren't the best of friends) but here it is in all it's glory! Enjoy!
Mr Postal pigeon is very excited to be here!

My brother, animation wizard.

Recently, I've been helping my brother out with a project he's taken on. As is true of all of the Moulder clan (I'm sure you've noticed it of me too...) he has a tendency to set himself an incredible amount of work and want to complete it with a perfectionist's eye.
He was asked to do some murals for a new shop. Of course Ed covered every inch of wall with illustrations so I was roped in to help fill in the colour.
Here are some of the amazing result...

(He really needs more pictures of the finished product. Some of these are of work in progress...)

As you can see his style is very different from mine! Ed is really an animator and a brilliant one at that.

(If you like what you see I'd recommend watching this vid on his website as you can't see it very well or in very good quality in the window blogger gives you here!)

So all you out there in internet land if you need some animation done, Edward Moulder is your man!

Collage brooches.

These are three brooches I've made. Once my etsy shop is up and running I'll be selling these designs (not these exact brooches) along with three other designs, a toad, a squirrel and a cat.
The brooches are each handmade individual collages on wooden circles which are then sealed and then resined to make them waterproof.

These are the brooches before the resin.

And here they are after!
